Dawn of the Fire King

Legends tell of a terrible undead giant who brought havoc to the world long ago. Known only as The Fire King, he was imprisoned for millenia in the Gray Wastes and forgotten.

Now, a mad cult will stop at nothing to unleash the Fire King and his burning hordes on the Dying World.

Join an unlikely band of cutthroats and outcasts led by outlaw Gurth (Arnold Schwarzenaggar) on a fantastic journey through crumbling civilizations and cursed lands far beyond.

Aided by the witch Lulen (Ursula Olivier) they rush towards a final confrontation before the Gates of Flame.

But epic battles and untold dangers await as the unlikely heroes face plagued villages, haunted forests, forgotten tombs and the Bishop of Blood (Seth Goblino).

Director Saul Verhoeven’s action/adventure extravaganza is full of special FX, unexpected comedy and non-stop thrills!

About This Project

Dawn of The Fire King is a campaign lore snippet created for use with MÖRK BORG.  The PDF offered here contains a retro-inspired movie poster for visual NPC inspirations and a VHS ad with a general synopsis of a campaign.

The animated companion movie trailer will be released at a later date.
